resident of Chipley and Washington County, and know most of you on a first name basis. As a life long resident of this area, I feel that I am
familiar with the needs of the city and will strive to ensure that the needs of each citizen and employee are met. My background is in construction and management, having owned and operated two successful businesses. Because of this background, I feel that I am qualified to manage the many different needs of the city. My concept of management is an open door policy for all, citizens and employees alike!
